  • You have read, understood, and accepted all the terms outlined herein.

1. Eligibility

To register with 3Knots Matrimony, users must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age for men or 18 years of age for women in India, or meet the applicable legal marriageable age in their jurisdiction.

  • Be legally single and genuinely seeking a life partner through a traditional arranged marriage process.

  • Successfully complete identity verification, including submission of a government-issued identification document and facial verification video.

2. Account Security and Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.

  • Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

  • Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, relationship status, or affiliations.

  • Not share your account credentials with others.

  • Not create or operate multiple accounts without authorization.

3. Use of Platform

3Knots Matrimony grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use its services strictly for legitimate matrimonial purposes.

Users must not:

  • Use the platform for dating, flirting, or casual friendships.

  • Use bots, scripts, automated systems, scraping tools, or similar technologies.

  • Reproduce, duplicate, distribute, modify, or resell platform content without prior written consent.

  • Use the platform for commercial purposes or unauthorized solicitation.

  • Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

4. Profile Moderation

All profiles and user-generated content are subject to moderation.

3Knots Matrimony may remove, restrict, modify, or suspend content that is considered:

  • False or misleading.

  • Inappropriate or offensive.

  • Suspicious, fraudulent, or irrelevant.

  • In violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

Duplicate profiles are prohibited.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sexually explicit material.

  • Hate speech.

  • Violent or threatening content.

  • Fraudulent or deceptive information.

  • Content that violates the rights of others.

5. Membership Tiers and Features

Paid membership tiers may provide additional features, which may include:

  • Sending and receiving interest requests.

  • Highlighted or enhanced profile placement.

  • Access to verified contact information after mutual acceptance.

  • Additional communication or profile-access features.

The specific benefits, features, duration, and pricing applicable to each membership will be displayed at the time of subscription.

6. Subscription and Auto-Renewal

Memberships may be available for fixed durations, including 30, 90, or 180 days.

Auto-renewal may apply to certain payment methods or membership plans, particularly for international users.

Where applicable:

  • You will be notified approximately 7 days before an auto-renewal.

  • You may disable auto-renewal at any time through the applicable account or subscription settings.

  • You are responsible for reviewing your subscription status and renewal settings.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All memberships are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By subscribing, you confirm that:

  • You have read and accepted the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Any refund will be processed only in accordance with that Policy.

  • 3Knots Matrimony does not guarantee that you will find a suitable match.

  • In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy regarding refunds or cancellations, the Refund & Cancellation Policy shall take precedence.

8. Communication Conduct

All communication through the platform must be respectful and limited to genuine matrimonial purposes.

Users must not:

  • Send abusive, vulgar, threatening, or sexually explicit messages.

  • Harass, intimidate, or repeatedly contact another user against their wishes.

  • Attempt to obtain sensitive personal or financial information from another
